GTC receives Family Business Award from UC’s Goering Center

The Goering Center at the UC Lindner School of Business has presented awards since 1997 to the leading private and family businesses in the Cincinnati area. Over 500 companies are nominated each year for these awards. Then, 75 companies are down selected as semi-finalists. From this group, three companies are selected, based on their size category as finalists or the grand winner. In the over 125 employee category, GTC was pleased and honored to be selected as one of two finalist award recipients on September 12, 2017.
Accepting the award on behalf of the company were (left to right) Greg Kramer, CTO, and William Kramer Jr, Chairman, and Bill Kramer III, President, along with the Family business Center founder John Goering. . Bill’s video overview of the company was shown and highlighted the legacy of a 3rd generation company and the importance of our hard working and loyal craftsmen and women that have served our clients over the last 70 years.
